I'm a birth photographer and trained postpartum doula based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. I primarily serve Raleigh, and Fayetteville areas with limited availability for travel throughout the United States.
I have been a professional photographer for 13 years, and a trained doula for 10 years. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. The majority of my professional and educational focus has been on the postpartum period, and birth.
My work has been featured on various websites to include The Huffington Post , Birth Becomes You , the Today Show , Ellen, Love What Matters , Good Housekeeping , Daily Mail , Yahoo! , and in 2017 I was interviewed by Inside Edition. In 2018, I was an instructor for the Click Away Photography Conference, and have been a member of the Click Pro Elite since 2014. In 2025, I was on the Birth Photographer of the Year judges panel.
In Loving Memory
In 2013, one of my younger sisters was seven (7) months pregnant when she and her unborn son were in a car accident that took their lives. She and I had documented her pregnancy on July 9th, and on July 11th, in the wee hours of the morning, I found out they were gone.
Pictures are never for us. They are always for our loved ones.
